We invite you to participate in an online training session on the rules for adopting an arrangement under the amended restructuring law, which implements the Preventive Restructuring Directive. The new provisions entered into force on 23 August 2025. The training will be conducted by Prof. Anna Hrycaj and Dr. Bartosz Sierakowski.
